Very helpful and smooth taste.

The taste of the product is perfect. What helped me decided was to order the pack with the 4 flavors.

As someone who is chronically ill, this product has helped me get through my day with more energy. I wasn't aware of how much I needed to implement electrolytes to my daily routine.

PURE STICKS

Just to share a bit of info: oral rehydration solutions (ORS) like NormaLyte PURE are actually designed to be absorbed relatively quickly. In most cases, hydration levels begin to improve within 3–4 hours after consumption. However, symptoms related to conditions like POTS can be influenced by many factors—timing, other medications, meals, or even stress—and that might affect how and when you feel the benefits.

I’ve been using this product for years and I don’t know what I’d do without it! Most recently, I saved myself from severe post surgery hypotension by having a box with me in the hospital. It’s good stuff

I drink this for health reasons (dysautonomia) so I’d prob drink it even if I didn’t like the taste but I genuinely enjoy the subtle hint of flavor. I know this may be unpopular opinion but I like it warm. Now hear me out.. some people have complained that the taste is too salty and if that’s the case for you maybe trying it warm would feel more like broth to you and give you less of an ick vibe. I also drink the grape flavor luke warm and love it that way so it’s possible I’m just a weirdo but if you’re trying to hydrate to support chronic illness, I’d say it’s worth a try, palatable flavor or not, because it has been really helpful for me

The Best


This is easily the best oral rehydration packet I've tried for my POTS/nOH, especially when the GI symptoms are flaring. It's an absolute necessity for me to keep this around, otherwise I'd be getting IV hydration much more often. Like many dysautonomia patients, I have a handful of other issues that make my digestive system extra picky, and this ingredient list works well for me, I keep coming back to it. Sometimes I might have 1-2 packets per day, other times less frequently, but I never want to run out. I actually kind of like the taste, and find it soothing.
