Just what I needed

I like the convenience of the capsules. I can get my sodium in all at once and early in the morning without having to drink a bunch of water plus a hydration pack to feel well. I’ve read some reviews that say these are horse pills, but they are absolutely not. They are smaller than my other supplements and I can take two at a time. I do need to take them with something in my stomach. Plus, the price is so much better than hydration packs from other brands.
