My 15 year old daughter started passing out when standing and having severe leg pains. After getting a POTS diagnosis we learned that minerals and electrolytes can help. I have severe Dysautonomia, plus multiple related conditions, and my body requires 1 gallon liquid daily, electrolytes, and 10G sodium. These capsules help me more easily cover all those aspects without additional unnecessary ingredients. The only thing I would change is adding appropriate type of magnesium, however, I am easily able to add that. TY Normalyte. You were my first :)

Such a great product! I have long covid and associated dysautonomia and need to increase my blood volume. These pills make it so easy. The high dose is tolerable on the stomach (even on an empty stomach for me) which means I don’t have to take so many pills throughout the day like I would with Vitassum. Just 2 in the morning and 2 at night with water and my orthostatic tolerance is much more manageable. Can’t recommend these enough.

I think potassium is important for me, and I don't get that from just my Celtic salt. This is safe for my MCAS, too.

I have been struggling to get enough electrolytes as long as I can remember. I’m currently taking the Pure capsules once or twice a day. The hydration powders were to expensive. I have POTS and this product has really helped me stand longer, walk without my heart racing and stand without getting dizzy. I’m very grateful for you’re customer service and quick shipping.

Wish I could review but the package arrived empty. The seal was missing-aligned and wide open. It appears to have been mis-aligned during packaging since it was like super-glued askew.

I like the convenience of the capsules. I can get my sodium in all at once and early in the morning without having to drink a bunch of water plus a hydration pack to feel well. I’ve read some reviews that say these are horse pills, but they are absolutely not. They are smaller than my other supplements and I can take two at a time. I do need to take them with something in my stomach. Plus, the price is so much better than hydration packs from other brands.

For anyone reading, the capsules are an avergae size 0 which tends to be a size that people prefer, keeping in mind we are limited by the volume a capsule can contain. This has made managing my electrolytes so much easier! I’ve recently developed ME/CFS and possibly POTS, so I’ve had to do dramatic work with increasing electrolytes in my system. Before I found Normalyte it was so complicated and expensive trying to get the electrolytes I needed, which added to my fatigue! Now all I do is take these when I take my other medications during the day and I’m covered! So much simpler! I do want to note that the recommended dose is 2 pills at a time twice a day, and trying to go right to that dose was way too much for my system at once. I felt pretty terrible. My doctor’s advice was to start with one pill once a day and gradually increase it and that has worked much better for me!

I have to take around 1,000mg of sodium every day to avoid blacking out from my Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, and these pills have been amazing. I used other brands' drink mixes for years, but they either had too much sugar or tasted awful, and they always had citric acid which interacts with my ADHD medication. Those are non-issues with these pills! I've seen people say these pills are too big, but they're thin so for me it's easy to even swallow more than one at a time. For reference, they're just a little bigger than the average Tylenol capsule. I also love that I can pay the subscription with my FSA!

normalyte is obviously trying to make life better for people with dysautonomia, but these capsules are absolutely ginormous so skip if you have swallowing problems. the first one I took got stuck in my throat and burned like crazy for 3 days.
I rely on multiple normalyte pure packets daily for severe hypotension, but have been plagued by chemical-type burns and ulcers in my mouth (with my system, it could be from potassium, allergies, or about 1,000 other reasons lol) so was ecstatic to try these new capsules.
it seems like other salt capsules on the market are just as huge but with significantly less sodium, forcing people to take like 10 caps so these are a good deal, not to mention designed for oral rehydration specifically.
I gave the remaining bottle to my physical therapist to have on hand as the carer of a large professional ballet company and heard they were a hit
so normalyte, I say this with the utmost respect, please make a tablet like thermotabs without all the junk!

Too expensive

The capsules you purchased were $18.49 a bottle, but could have been less if you have a subscription with an extra 10% off or even purchased in bulk for a discount of up to 25% more. That said, we pride ourselves in having the highest quality injectable grade capsules on the market; cleaner than the others. When it comes to daily supplementation that is something very important to our consumer base. We also realize that not everything works for everyone so we hope that you find a good solution for yourself! Take care.
I’m impressed. Ordered capsules and they have made a huge difference to my daughter who has POTS/MCAS and was getting IV fluids weekly. Since starting the capsules We managed 5 weeks without IV fluids. Life changing. Highly recommend
