The Best

This is easily the best oral rehydration packet I've tried for my POTS/nOH, especially when the GI symptoms are flaring. It's an absolute necessity for me to keep this around, otherwise I'd be getting IV hydration much more often. Like many dysautonomia patients, I have a handful of other issues that make my digestive system extra picky, and this ingredient list works well for me, I keep coming back to it. Sometimes I might have 1-2 packets per day, other times less frequently, but I never want to run out. I actually kind of like the taste, and find it soothing.

Helps my chronic dehydration

Unpalatable

I really don't like the flavor, I can't get myself to drink it. I'm sure it's a wonderful product that may work better than my current electrolyte for treating pots, but if I dread every sip it's not gonna work out, I need to drink. I would try a lemonade flavor if this company had one. The unflavored just tastes like weird salty water

We always recommend going that route so you can try all the flavors for just the cost of $5 for shipping and handling.

Helps with symptoms to a handful of autoimmune issues

Other electrolytes would give me headaches on top if my already overbearing symptoms due to their added chemicals, dyes, and sugars. With issues like MCAS and POTS and others, I'm very careful about what i consume to avoid flares. I drink the pure when I wake up and it helps to subdue my POTS symptoms. I use it if I know I'll be over exerting or if I'm just having a bad symptom day. I definitely recommend this product!
