Unsealed bottle and no coupon code

I received a bottle unsealed of the electrolyte capsules. I contacted Normalyte and they are sending a new bottle. I also tried to sign up for the buy one get one 70 percent off no matter how many times I submitted my phone number never got the code to use

Kat, As soon as you reached out we created a replacement to be sent out. It should be there within the next 2-3 days. Did you not get an emails we sent regarding that? We were not aware you were struggling with the coupon code - it wasn't mentioned. Here's what I'll do, I'll shoot you a private email with a code you're able to use since you missed out on that.

normalyte is obviously trying to make life better for people with dysautonomia, but these capsules are absolutely ginormous so skip if you have swallowing problems. the first one I took got stuck in my throat and burned like crazy for 3 days.
I rely on multiple normalyte pure packets daily for severe hypotension, but have been plagued by chemical-type burns and ulcers in my mouth (with my system, it could be from potassium, allergies, or about 1,000 other reasons lol) so was ecstatic to try these new capsules.
it seems like other salt capsules on the market are just as huge but with significantly less sodium, forcing people to take like 10 caps so these are a good deal, not to mention designed for oral rehydration specifically.
I gave the remaining bottle to my physical therapist to have on hand as the carer of a large professional ballet company and heard they were a hit
so normalyte, I say this with the utmost respect, please make a tablet like thermotabs without all the junk!

Jeni, thanks for leaving your feedback. The capsules are size 0 vegetatian capsules. It's not possible to make them smaller and include the quantity we do of ingredients. We tried! Too expensive

Hey Michael, thanks for leaving the review. The capsules you purchased were $18.49 a bottle, but could have been less if you have a subscription with an extra 10% off or even purchased in bulk for a discount of up to 25% more. That said, we pride ourselves in having the highest quality injectable grade capsules on the market; cleaner than the others. When it comes to daily supplementation that is something very important to our consumer base. We also realize that not everything works for everyone so we hope that you find a good solution for yourself! Take care.

The Best


This is easily the best oral rehydration packet I've tried for my POTS/nOH, especially when the GI symptoms are flaring. It's an absolute necessity for me to keep this around, otherwise I'd be getting IV hydration much more often. Like many dysautonomia patients, I have a handful of other issues that make my digestive system extra picky, and this ingredient list works well for me, I keep coming back to it. Sometimes I might have 1-2 packets per day, other times less frequently, but I never want to run out. I actually kind of like the taste, and find it soothing.
