The Strawberry Lemonade powder is pleasant. It's a very light flavor, mostly strawberry with very little detectable lemonade flavor, but not bad. I think it covers up the flavor of the electrolytes nicely, but that may because I'm more used to that flavor. My partner, who does not drink this normally gave it a taste and found the strawberry flavor did little to mask the electrolyte taste, which he found very unpleasant.

Mixed it into my water was super excited to try it, Unfortunately when I added it, it smelled really good but was super disappointed when I drank it and it tasted like drinking straight chlorine.

I love the new lemon-lime flavor—it’s so much lighter than the other flavors I’ve tried (orange and grape). Granted, if you’ve never used Normalyte before, it’s an acquired taste, but hang in there: you’ll get used to it, and Normalyte is really important to hydrating when you have POTS. Normalyte has made a big difference in my and my daughter’s POTS management; it’s a critical piece of the hydration puzzle. I can tell when I haven’t been drinking it or my other electrolytes enough. The lemon-lime flavor is now the one I always want to use. (Orange is second best for my taste, but now seems heavy compared to the lemon-lime, and grape is even heavier.) Lemon-lime is a win!

I recently have been dx with autonomic dysfunction and POTS like sx and a friend recommended electrolytes. This had less colors/sweeteners/fillers etc than some brands and has been my first trial with ORS. The first two days took some getting used to (I was drinking regular water and this was salty), but I’m a week in now, have figured out to drink half a glass around breakfast and half around lunch, am more accustomed to the flavor and I’m feeling so much better. Highly recommend - thank you for creating this!

Honestly I cannot tell a difference in taste between the pure and the strawberry lemonade. I was hoping for a nice citric acid bite to this flavor or at least a hint of fruit flavor. But it really tastes like nothing. It still works for hydration and it doesn't taste bad. It just doesn't tastes like strawberry lemonade or even a hint of strawberry lemonade.

Taste can be very subjective, and our flavors are intentionally designed to be subtle rather than bold or overly sweet. That said, we understand that can come across as too mild if you’re expecting more of a citrus or fruit-forward taste, especially with something like strawberry lemonade.

Ordered the watermelon flavor on 20 March. Order confirmed and estimated delivery 26 March. Tracking info said delivered on 27 March. Never received my package. Reached out to the company twice to see if they could help in any way. No response.

I love the taste of the orange flavor. The sticks are pre-measured. I mix them first thing in the morning to start my day. My symptoms have really improved. Thank you.

Oof so disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. The taste is unbearable and it has one of the worst fake sugars in it. All around a horrible purchase.

We do want to note that only our flavored ORS sticks contain a very small amount of sucralose (less than 1%), while our PURE version has no sweeteners, no flavors, and no additives at all—just the WHO’s gold-standard rehydration formula. Many customers who want to avoid artificial sweeteners find PURE to be the best fit.

I can't tell you how much I love this. I have POTS and MCAS, and I'm also a school bus driver with no a/c on my bus. Heat intolerance is a huge struggle, and staying hydrated is the literal difference between safety and being unable to do my job.
This is my favorite flavor. As others have stated, the flavor is sweet and subtle, and I never get tired of it. I drink more than 3 litres a day, and need at least 3 packs a day. I never leave home without spares, and since using Normalyte I don't seem to have "high symptom" days anymore.
