    Unfortunately, I don’t like the taste of the product. I contacted customer service to explain my situation and my wish to return the 58 sticks, but I was told there’s nothing that can be done, leaving me out $56. If you’re truly reaching out with concern, I kindly request that you offer some form of resolution.

    Thanks for the review and for trying NormaLyte. Everyone has a different taste profile which may be why you simply didn't like ours. We were not able to issue a refund or exhange because the bags you had ordered were already opened. This is made clear in our return policy online. That said, some exceptions can be made, but simply not liking the flavor is not one of them. I did try to give tips; drink it ice cold or water it down, for instance.

    For those who may be concerened about taste, we do have a free sample box available and even boxes of 6ct available. That way you can get a free sample to try before you make a large purchase - something we recommend to everyone. I also shared with Rachel that NormaLyte is a medical grade food, and should be treated like medicine in some cases. It's specially formulated and intended for the dietary management of diseases such as POTS (which it's clinically proven to help manage symptoms!), dysautonomia, Crohn's Disease, and others along with simple dehydration.

    The Best


    This is easily the best oral rehydration packet I've tried for my POTS/nOH, especially when the GI symptoms are flaring. It's an absolute necessity for me to keep this around, otherwise I'd be getting IV hydration much more often. Like many dysautonomia patients, I have a handful of other issues that make my digestive system extra picky, and this ingredient list works well for me, I keep coming back to it. Sometimes I might have 1-2 packets per day, other times less frequently, but I never want to run out. I actually kind of like the taste, and find it soothing.
