I finally feel hydrated

When I add one of these to my water I actually feel like I'm using all the water I'm drinking. I specifically ordered the unflavored because I wanted to be able to able my own. I love Vietnamese salty lemonade, so I was elated to find that when I mixed a stick with a lemonade drink mix that it was a dupe!

Good Deal

Best priced high sodium hydration product I have found. Do agree what the taste is strong, but I just add more water (2L per packet instead of 500mL). Which is fine because I would rather drink it throughout the day instead of all at once anyway. I was at a point of complete exercise intolerance due to POTS symptoms and found a huge decrease in pain and increase in energy after just a week.

Best electrolyte drink for me & my POTS symptoms. Actual relief with regular use. Not a cure, obviously, but I crash less often if I'm able to have it before becoming very symptomatic (dizzy, brain fog, fatigue).

Actually life changing

My first time trying this product I know I would be hooked because of how amazing it made me feel. The only thing is the pure does not taste like just water it definitely has A flavor. This product makes my brain feel like it was rinsed in cold water and put back. I got a subscription right away

Tastes like baking soda

I feel bad for writing a semi-negative review for this, but it just tastes SO BAD. I couldn’t even drink enough of it to tell if it was helping with hydration or not. A few sips in and I couldn’t drink any more. I’m not going to give below 3 stars because I can’t judge the actual effectiveness. I’m sad bc I’ve heard amazing things about this company, but I just can’t do the taste. It’s probably my own fault for not trying smaller amounts of different flavors, I’m just not a huge flavored water fan and I wanted to try something unflavored. I may try ordering again in the future, but I can’t recommend this particular one.

For those that are concerned, we do have sample sizes available for people to try it before making a larger purchase. We do recommend adding more water as that will not change the effectiveness of the product and also ensuring that you drink it ice cold, too. We hope that you give the other flavors a try or even our capsules!

The Best


This is easily the best oral rehydration packet I've tried for my POTS/nOH, especially when the GI symptoms are flaring. It's an absolute necessity for me to keep this around, otherwise I'd be getting IV hydration much more often. Like many dysautonomia patients, I have a handful of other issues that make my digestive system extra picky, and this ingredient list works well for me, I keep coming back to it. Sometimes I might have 1-2 packets per day, other times less frequently, but I never want to run out. I actually kind of like the taste, and find it soothing.
