Definitely had more energy since starting the electrolyte sachets. My Cardiologist recommended taking some for my dysautonomia and I’m glad I found this one. Slightly salty taste, but I adjusted very quickly to it and now like that about it.

I struggle with the additives and dyes in most electrolyte drinks. Normalyte pure is the first one I found that I can reliably take to try to stay hydrated. I am so glad I found it. Before I found this I was struggling to hydrate and ended up in er for it. Since finding it my er visits have been reduced and my orthostatic intolerance is slightly more manageable.

My favorite hydration mix. If you need serious daily hydration for medical purposes, this is the most effective mix on the market. It doesn't taste good (if your goal is to flavor your water go elsewhere), but I find it relatively unoffensive and like that it has everything you need and nothing that you don't.

great option for high sodium
At home I make oral rehydration salts myself following the UN recipe. But I figured traveling through the airport with a bunch of baggies with white powder in them would seem suspicious and result in fatiguing delays.
So I ordered some Normalyte Pure and the sample pack to try other flavors. I didn’t like any of the other flavors, too chemical tasting for me, but I do like the Pure. In fact it tastes more neutral than what I make at home. Bravo for making a great product!

I’ve got POTS/OH, MCAS, FND, ME/CFS, HSD, and company. This tastes like sweet water, not salty at all. And I can handle a couple bottles but then I get bloated. But it’s ok enough. IV fluids definitely work wayyyyy better for me than any electrolytes I’ve tried and I’ve tried a lot.

I love these. They don't have anything extra in them, just the base hydration you need, so you're free to mix it with whatever you want. Other packets there's always sugar or B6 or other stuff you don't want to be constantly over-consuming. Having these morning and night have made a difference for me for POTS.

The first day I took it I felt amazing. I honestly thought it was a miracle in a bottle. I had so much energy, less irritable and could really do a lot with my child. The second day it wasn’t as effective as I feel like I quickly needed 2 doses a day. I’ve been a lot less stressed, anxious and irritable. I can stand longer without feeling faint and I’ve needed less caffeine but I don’t know how many I should take a day but I’m sure if I was taking it twice a day I’d be even better.

Looking for a more adult electrolyte as a person, who does not eat and gets all nutrition through parenteral and enteral feeds for the Last 9 Years. I have tried multiple electrolyte solutions since being diagnosed with dysautonomia, and this is by far the best. The couldn’t care less about the taste but it just tastes like salty water to me. I can’t have sugar since it makes me feel like I have anxiety or I’m super shaky. This has a formula that allows the electrolytes to be absorbed since they need sugar but it doesn’t make me feel weird. Honestly, I just keep coming back to normalyte if I want to feel like the semi “normal” person I was before, which I’ll never be but I’m at least functioning and upright. In most cases, hydration levels begin to improve within 3–4 hours after consumption. However, symptoms related to conditions like POTS can be influenced by many factors—timing, other medications, meals, or even stress—and that might affect how and when you feel the benefits.
I’ve been using this product for years and I don’t know what I’d do without it! Most recently, I saved myself from severe post surgery hypotension by having a box with me in the hospital. The IV fluids they were giving me never would have recovered me in the timespan that four packets of Normalyte did. I’ll never leave home without it!

I drink this for health reasons (dysautonomia) so I’d prob drink it even if I didn’t like the taste but I genuinely enjoy the subtle hint of flavor. I know this may be unpopular opinion but I like it warm. Now hear me out.. some people have complained that the taste is too salty and if that’s the case for you maybe trying it warm would feel more like broth to you and give you less of an ick vibe. I also drink the grape flavor luke warm and love it that way so it’s possible I’m just a weirdo but if you’re trying to hydrate to support chronic illness, I’d say it’s worth a try, palatable flavor or not, because it has been really helpful for me

I absolutely love the salty taste, as someone who craves salt all day it's delicious. I can always tell it's easier to stay upright on days that I mix it into my drink. Advice : try mixing it in to water BEFORE you put the ice in. It's salty enough that sometimes it doesn't dissolve completely with ice !!
