Try before you buy

These unflavored taste absolutely awful. They were for my daughter and she won’t even use them. Wouldn’t waste my money on them!

Easy way to help manage my POTS symptoms

In the nearly 13 years of having POTS I've tried several different brands of electrolyte mixes. I recently wanted to switch from a brand I'd been using for many years, and Normalyte was one of the brands I tried while searching for a new option. (I first tried out the apple flavor.) After trying a few different options I circled back to this brand and this time purchased the flavorless mix, which I'm really enjoying. It's simple and straightforward. I drink some soon after waking up to kick start my body, and then nurse on the rest throughout the day. If I'm having a rough day where my symptoms are extra problematic (like when I'm overheating and/or dizzy) I'll mix up a second packet and sip on that. I appreciate the amount of sodium in their mixes and the overall formula works really well for me, so I'm gonna stick with Normalyte from here on out! They also have very quick and helpful customer support! I emailed them several months ago with a random question, and then needed help again recently after my order had been stolen. Between their product and their support I gladly placed another order soon after that when they had a fantastic Black Friday sale. I definitely recommend their mixes, especially if you have POTS.

The Best


This is easily the best oral rehydration packet I've tried for my POTS/nOH, especially when the GI symptoms are flaring. It's an absolute necessity for me to keep this around, otherwise I'd be getting IV hydration much more often. Like many dysautonomia patients, I have a handful of other issues that make my digestive system extra picky, and this ingredient list works well for me, I keep coming back to it. Sometimes I might have 1-2 packets per day, other times less frequently, but I never want to run out. I actually kind of like the taste, and find it soothing.
