Best priced high sodium hydration product I have found. Do agree what the taste is strong, but I just add more water (2L per packet instead of 500mL). Which is fine because I would rather drink it throughout the day instead of all at once anyway. Simple Electrolyte Support

This has made managing my electrolytes so much easier! I’ve recently developed ME/CFS and possibly POTS, so I’ve had to do dramatic work with increasing electrolytes in my system. Before I found Normalyte it was so complicated and expensive trying to get the electrolytes I needed, which added to my fatigue! Now all I do is take these when I take my other medications during the day and I’m covered! So much simpler! I do want to note that the recommended dose is 2 pills at a time twice a day, and trying to go right to that dose was way too much for my system at once. I felt pretty terrible. My doctor’s advice was to start with one pill once a day and gradually increase it and that has worked much better for me!
