Taste not so great

My teenager with POTS won't drink it. Says it takes like orange bleach.

Everyone's taste palate is different, I personally love the orange flavor! However, I can appreciate your teen thinking it's too salty as we are a medical grade food. The most important thing is that they're getting the recommended amount. It's okay to mix half a stick with the 16.9oz of water, or else mix with additional water, if needed to make it more palatable for them. Give those adjustments a try and see what they think.

This stuff just works

My wife has POTS, and this is the only thing saving her at this point really. We have tried other electrolyte mixes and this one works the best hands down. Also the customer service is amazing! I had one shipment not make it to my house and I sent them a message, thinking that it may just go into the void. To my surprise they sent me a new bag free of charge! The Best


This is easily the best oral rehydration packet I've tried for my POTS/nOH, especially when the GI symptoms are flaring. It's an absolute necessity for me to keep this around, otherwise I'd be getting IV hydration much more often. Like many dysautonomia patients, I have a handful of other issues that make my digestive system extra picky, and this ingredient list works well for me, I keep coming back to it. Sometimes I might have 1-2 packets per day, other times less frequently, but I never want to run out. I actually kind of like the taste, and find it soothing.
