Matriarchs of Dysautonomia
When they met it was as if it was meant to be. Over the course of a decade they wrote the Dysautonomia Diary so that people wouldn't feel alone while giving them tools to manage their condition. Sharon is on the left and Laura is on the right. Both with children in their 20s and 30s, they often offer council to their family and friends.
NormaLyte Meets Sharon and Laura
At the 2023 Dysautonomia International conference, we met Sharon and Laura, authors of Dysautonomia Diary. Candi, NormaLyte's Marketing Director, says, "These ladies graciously allowed me to call them the 'Matriarchs of Dysautonomia'. They blazed a trail for all their fellow potsies, and I know so many people will identify themselves within the pages of their book."

The authors help facilitate support groups near them. They often use the Dysautonomia Diary books as a guide for discussion. The book has writing and speaking prompts at the end of each chapter making it a perfect read for any support groups to do together. Get a signed copy by entering the giveaway.
