Because NormaLyte products are considered perishable and consumable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has left our facility. This policy helps ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of all NormaLyte products our customers receive.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our customer care team will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution — which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable) when contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE REFUSALS

For international orders outside of the U.S., if a package is returned to us unopened and unused because of a unpaid duties/taxes or if the item was never claimed, we will issue an in store credit for the product cost only.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

Qualifying orders over $100 will ship free using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time will vary based on location.  Must be within the U.S. to receive free shipping benefits.  The only exception is the shipping and handling fees that will apply to free samples in your shopping cart.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Domestic orders are shipped the next day, and typically take between 2-4 business days to arrive.  Arrival depends on your location.  Please see the map from USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can ship NormaLyte internationally with the exception of Mexico.  We recommend choosing USPS for shipping as it tends to be the most economical.  We do not set the shipping rates for international shipping and it can be costly.  To spread the cost out we recommend purchasing NormaLyte in bulk.  

Please be aware some countries require duties and taxes to be paid by the purchaser before it can be delivered.  These are added after they leave our facility.  Read more about international shipping here.

This product is great. Helps with my IBS symptoms because I lose a lot of water. Also helps me recover after workouts and manage dehydration symptoms when traveling. Minus one star this time for the flavored version, which tastes about how you would expect. That was my decision though.

Worst tasting hydration + sucralose

Oof so disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. The taste is unbearable and it has one of the worst fake sugars in it. All around a horrible purchase.

Thanks for your honest feedback—we’re sorry to hear this wasn’t a good fit for you. We do want to note that only our flavored ORS sticks contain a very small amount of sucralose (less than 1%), while our PURE version has no sweeteners, no flavors, and no additives at all—just the WHO’s gold-standard rehydration formula. A lifesaver for dysautonomia

I’ve been working with my doctors to get a diagnosis for my health issues—brain fog, fatigue, palpitations, chest pain, the works—and they suspect POTS as the culprit. I’ve tried so many brands of electrolyte products at this point, but Normalyte is my favorite. The drink packets help keep me hydrated enough to keep the dizzy spells under control, and I even seem to notice a difference in my brain fog, feeling more clear-headed when I’m using Normalyte. The sodium content is great, more suited to the needs of a lot of chronic illnesses, and I really appreciate that they don’t add a bunch of other vitamins. So many brands add large amounts of vitamin B that worsened my POTS neuropathy! The hydration packets are such a lifesaver, and I can’t recommend them enough. Navigating life with chronic illness is tough, but these help make it a bit easier.

    A literal lifesaver

    I can't tell you how much I love this. I have POTS and MCAS, and I'm also a school bus driver with no a/c on my bus. Heat intolerance is a huge struggle, and staying hydrated is the literal difference between safety and being unable to do my job.
    This is my favorite flavor. As others have stated, the flavor is sweet and subtle, and I never get tired of it. I drink more than 3 litres a day, and need at least 3 packs a day. I never leave home without spares, and since using Normalyte I don't seem to have "high symptom" days anymore.

    Life saving in the summer

    The taste is sweet and subtle, no unpleasant texture or aftertaste. I’m very heat intolerant and this has been one of the only things getting me through the summer so far. It doesn’t make me feel sick on days I need a lot of it like I’ve experienced with other electrolyte drinks.

    I struggle with getting my electrolytes in because they are all so salty and sometimes you just don't want the super salty taste. These have saved me this summer!! I need to take around 3 packs a day and I enjoy this with water; it's a nice sweet treat!
