If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY

You may return new, unopened items for a full refund. 

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will either pay return shipping costs or we may send a replacement.  

If the return is for any other reason, you may incur return shipping fees that will be deducted from your refund.  Some exceptions may apply.*

Our refund policy is not law.  Some exceptions may apply to all refund requests regardless of the policy above.  For this, we reserve the right to take it on a case-by-case basis and may deviate from this policy.

TIMELINE OF REFUND

You should expect to receive your refund within approximately two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  However, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

FREE SHIPPING

Qualifying orders over $100 will ship free using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time will vary based on location.  Must be within the US to receive free shipping benefits.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Domestic orders are shipped the next day, and typically take between 2-4 business days to arrive.  Arrival depends on your location.  Please see the map from USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can ship NormaLyte internationally.  We recommend choosing USPS for shipping as it tends to be the most economical.  We do not set the shipping rates for international shipping and it can be costly.  To spread the cost out we recommend purchasing NormaLyte in bulk.  

Please be aware some countries require duties and taxes to be paid by the purchaser before it can be delivered.  These are added after they leave our facility.  Read more about international shipping here.
