    Hydrates very well

    My Dr. recommended that I try NormaLyte. Best thing I have ever tried. Taste not the best, but still gave five stars because really helps hydrate me, that's what's important. I feel better then I have in A long time.

    My health has drastically gotten better over the past month thanks to These packets!

    Its been about a month since i first heard of the packets and the compression socks...Well let me tell you, my health has improved in less then a month. My ankles and legs were swollen because i am a waiter...always on my feet....and i was getting dehydrated at work from the heat... I wear the compression socks to work and have no problems what so ever...all the swelling is gone. When i start to feel weak, or like my heart rate is raising, i mix a packet into my water, and drink it down. Within about 20 minutes i feel so much better. I then have the strength to finish my shift. i used to be scared to go to work, in fear of the tachycardia, now i feel much much better about it...- thank you so much for helping me discover your products and this company will hold a place in my heart for good....

    Most of us don’t realize we’re dehydrated and might think we can conquer it by drinking water (or a sports drink). I found Normalyte while searching for rehydration salts for my mother. I tried some, too, since I’d been told in the past that I was dehydrated. The salts are so easy to take. The mixture doesn’t taste ‘salty’ and the glucose has very little to no effect on my blood glucose (having type 1 diabetes). Many symptoms of dehydration have reduced for both me and for my mother. Thank you for designing this product!

    The Best


    This is easily the best oral rehydration packet I've tried for my POTS/nOH, especially when the GI symptoms are flaring. It's an absolute necessity for me to keep this around, otherwise I'd be getting IV hydration much more often. Like many dysautonomia patients, I have a handful of other issues that make my digestive system extra picky, and this ingredient list works well for me, I keep coming back to it. Sometimes I might have 1-2 packets per day, other times less frequently, but I never want to run out. I actually kind of like the taste, and find it soothing.
