Shipping and Returns Policy

This item is non-returnable due to potential safety risk as an ingestible product, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by providing an image of the item and its defects. This policy helps ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of all NormaLyte products our customers receive.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at info@normalyte.com or call 1-877-ORS-SALT within 30 days of delivery. Our customer care team will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution — which may include a replacement, refund, store credit at our discretion.
REFUNDS & RESOLUTION OPTIONS
When eligible, we’re happy to offer one of the following:
- A replacement or reshipment at no additional cost (when applicable and agreed upon), or
- Store credit equal to the affected item’s value (valid for 12 months)
Refunds are not available for reasons including, but not limited to: buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect item selection, or refusal to accept delivery.
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include your order number, a description of the issue, photos (if applicable), the lot number/expiration date, and a valid phone number when contacting us.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes must be requested immediately. Once an order is packed or shipped changes are not guaranteed, and may be subject to re-shipping charges.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are possible before an order enters fulfillment. Once a shipping label is created, or the order has shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.
FRAUD, ABUSE, & SAFET
We may decline refund requests that show signs of fraud, abuse, excessive or repeated claims, or any conflict with our product safety guidelines.
CHARGEBACKS
Submitting a chargeback before giving us the opportunity to assist may delay the resolution process. In response to chargebacks, we provide carriers’ proof of delivery and any necessary product evidence.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE REFUSALS
Any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. For international orders outside of the U.S., Europe, and Canada, if a package is returned to us unopened and unused because of a unpaid duties/taxes or if the item was never claimed, we will issue an in store credit for the product cost only.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
REFUND EXCEPTIONS
Some exceptions may apply to all requests regardless of the policy. For this, we reserve the right to take it on a case-by-case basis and may deviate from this policy.

WHERE WE SHIP
We have local fulfillment centers in the United States, Europe, and Canada. All other countries will have orders processed at our U.S. fulfillment center, and duties/taxes may apply upon delivery.
FREE SHIPPING
Qualifying orders costing over 100 in your local currency will ship free for the countries listed below. Shipping time will vary based on location. The only exception is the shipping and handling fees that will apply to free samples (U.S. only).

SHIPPING TIMELINE
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within one business day, Monday through Friday, and excluding all major holidays. Cut-off time: orders placed after 10:00 AM local time.
United States: Order arrival depends on your location and carrier. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 USD.
United Kingdom: Shipping time will be dependent on what is chosen at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over £100.
Europe: Shipping time will be dependent on what is chosen at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over 100 Euros.
Canada: Shipping time will be dependent on what is chosen at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over 100 CAD.
LOST IN TRANSIT/NOT DELIVERED
If your order is lost in transit and not received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan or expected delivery date. Once confirmed, we’ll refund, replace, or issue store credit.
If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find your package, first check with neighbors, household members, or building management. We’re happy to help file a carrier claim, and the outcome will depend on the carrier’s investigation.
DAMAGED, MISSING, OR LOST PACKAGES
Damaged on arrival: Please retain all packaging and contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Missing items: If your order arrives incomplete, contact us within 7 days—we’ll investigate and correct any packing errors.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can ship NormaLyte across the world with the exception of Mexico. We recommend choosing USPS for shipping as it tends to be the most economical. We do not set the shipping rates for international shipping and it can be costly. To spread the cost out we recommend purchasing NormaLyte in bulk.
Please be aware some countries require duties VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other import charges to be paid by the purchaser before it can be delivered. These are added after they leave our facility. Read more about international shipping here. Refusal to pay may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs; in these cases, shipping and fees are non-refundable.
