I thought these were free from artificial sweetener, but only the pure ones are. The flavored ones are not.
We apologize for any confusion. Our NormaLyte PURE Electrolyte Salt Capsules (the item you left a review on) does not contain any artificial sweeteners. The PURE ORS sticks also do not contain artificial sweetener. However, there is some in the grape, green apple, and orange flavored ORS sticks. If you're sensitive to artificial sweetener we recommend you stay away from those. Transparency is important to us so we will review the listings and make changes where appropriate. So handy and easy to take be it daily or during illness or during travel. Don't have to worry about taste. I will definitely keep some available all the time.
I was really worried when I saw reviews about the taste being unbearable but honestly thought they were fine. Yea they are salty but not sure what people expected. The pure was a little gross but I just tossed some what flavor in that one and the other flavors were all tasty. I also recommended these to af friend that was looking for a new mix and he really likes them too.
Thank you for the review, Julie! I can fully understand worrying about the taste. But, you hit the nail on the head; everyone's taste pallet is different. Some people think it's too salty while many others tell us it tastes like plain water to them. For anyone who thinks it's too salty, adding more water won't change the efficacy of it. Keep in mind that we are an oral rehydration salt, a medical grade electrolyte. We are meant to hydrate effectively and more efficiently than water alone.

I'm really sensitive to taste and the drink mixes aren't for me, but these, like the mixes, work like magic for my POTS symptoms. I 100% will be buying the full size soon because being able to pop these when I'm feeling the dizziness come on or before planing an exertion has been a life saver.
Yes, girl!! They work like magic because they're clinically proven to help manage symptoms of POTS! It's in the science! If you're one of the few that think it might be too salty, feel free to add more water to your mix as doing so won't change it's effectiveness (other ingredients can, though). These work so well that my daughter felt so good and she forgot to drink water lol. I ordered a full bottle and she takes them at night. Helps her get out of bed without being dizzy in the morning. We’ve tried salt tablets but there’s something magical about these!
