These salt capsules are perfect for pots patients. With both salt and potassium in a small tasteless capsule these have been my saving grace. I take 2 every morning with my meds and within an hour or so it starts to kick in!

Context: most likely I'm living with undiagnosed POTS, I've been taking shots (the small cup, too be clear) of pickle juice every 1-2 days for years.
UPDATE: if you're taking this and also magnesium (mine was magnesium glycinate) start VERY slowly with this, after about a week of taking both, I had increasing dizziness that lead to nausea. Magnesium is a type of electrolyte and I clearly overdid it.
I ordered the sample from the Normalyte website ($5 for shipping for either the capsule or the drink mix, $7 for both) and was astounded by how much more functional these little tablets made me. Naturally, I rationed the 10 sample capsules until this order came in the mail today.
I don't feel like I'm on meds, I don't feel like I had a bunch of caffeine, I just feel like I can actually get some stuff done today, which is tremendous.
