Fantastic Product

I have been using it since 2013 consistently 4 days a week. It's so helpful with my POTTS during my exercise program. I recently gave some to a friend when she was sick. This is a much better product then Gatorade!

Yay! Thats amazing! Normalyte is a medical grade electrolyte using the World Health Organizations perfect formula for oral rehydration! Things like Gatorade are not science backed in the same way which may be why it wasn't helping you. Thank you for sharing!

Great for POTS!

I have pots and I drink one of these every morning. Great for getting my hydration and electrolytes up. Personally I really like the taste too. I took off one star because the packets are difficult to open. They have a tab to pull to open but it is so hard to pull off, I usually have to use my teeth. Once open, it’s the smallest hole and takes forever to pour into my cup. I usually just use scissors to open it, which is inconvenient when i’m on the go.

Great product! Apple is my favorite

Dysautonomia/Myasthenia Gravis patient. I have always had trouble staying hydrated. My dysautonomia Dr told me to get on Normalyte. Skeptical. Wow you guys! I have happily been proven wrong! This product has helped me so much in the few months I've been taking it! If you've been told to try it out, definitely get the sample pack to start and see how you react to the flavorings. The Best


This is easily the best oral rehydration packet I've tried for my POTS/nOH, especially when the GI symptoms are flaring. It's an absolute necessity for me to keep this around, otherwise I'd be getting IV hydration much more often. Like many dysautonomia patients, I have a handful of other issues that make my digestive system extra picky, and this ingredient list works well for me, I keep coming back to it. Sometimes I might have 1-2 packets per day, other times less frequently, but I never want to run out. I actually kind of like the taste, and find it soothing.
