Great hydration!

Reading their website, an article mentioned some people with POTS have an adverse reaction to other electrolytes. I had been having massive hives/skin reaction on my neck/face for about 2 years and no doctors could help so I decided to give Normalyte a try. I’ve been using them for about a month and not a single reaction! So happy to figure this out as I need a lot of electrolytes!!

Good flavor, top choice for ORS for my son

I did a lot of online searching for drink additives after my college- aged son was diagnosed with POTS/dysautonomia. We tried many brands and flavors, but NormaLyte grape was the only flavor he enjoyed instead of just "tolerating." He also found the blend of scientifically based ORS combination to help prevent fatigue and is a big factor in his recovery. Thank you for the science behind this product.

The Best


This is easily the best oral rehydration packet I've tried for my POTS/nOH, especially when the GI symptoms are flaring. It's an absolute necessity for me to keep this around, otherwise I'd be getting IV hydration much more often. Like many dysautonomia patients, I have a handful of other issues that make my digestive system extra picky, and this ingredient list works well for me, I keep coming back to it. Sometimes I might have 1-2 packets per day, other times less frequently, but I never want to run out. I actually kind of like the taste, and find it soothing.
