This is a perfect test package.
The PURE tastes like mineral water and I'm a huge fan.
The grape is very sweet and reminds me of a dessert.
The apple is fresh and the orange is acidic.
They all remind me of mineral water with slight hints of said taste (aside from the grape, it is very sweet - I don't mind as I have a sweet tooth).

Overall, I'd recommend this, it is super tasty and it really helps to get the right amounts of minerals needed.

I drink this for health reasons (dysautonomia) so I’d prob drink it even if I didn’t like the taste but I genuinely enjoy the subtle hint of flavor. I know this may be unpopular opinion but I like it warm. Now hear me out.. some people have complained that the taste is too salty and if that’s the case for you maybe trying it warm would feel more like broth to you and give you less of an ick vibe. I also drink the grape flavor luke warm and love it that way so it’s possible I’m just a weirdo but if you’re trying to hydrate to support chronic illness, I’d say it’s worth a try, palatable flavor or not, because it has been really helpful for me

Best electrolytes I’ve found for my POTS. I drink it before getting out of bed in the morning. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive as I am on limited income and my insurance won’t cover.

I’ve been working with my doctors to get a diagnosis for my health issues—brain fog, fatigue, palpitations, chest pain, the works—and they suspect POTS as the culprit. I’ve tried so many brands of electrolyte products at this point, but Normalyte is my favorite. The drink packets help keep me hydrated enough to keep the dizzy spells under control, and I even seem to notice a difference in my brain fog, feeling more clear-headed when I’m using Normalyte. The sodium content is great, more suited to the needs of a lot of chronic illnesses, and I really appreciate that they don’t add a bunch of other vitamins. So many brands add large amounts of vitamin B that worsened my POTS neuropathy! The hydration packets are such a lifesaver, and I can’t recommend them enough. Navigating life with chronic illness is tough, but these help make it a bit easier.

I absolutely love the salty taste, as someone who craves salt all day it's delicious. I can always tell it's easier to stay upright on days that I mix it into my drink. Advice : try mixing it in to water BEFORE you put the ice in. It's salty enough that sometimes it doesn't dissolve completely with ice !!

Pure was not my favorite, but I understand its purpose!

I am very happy I got the variety pack to try all the flavors before ordering the big 30 stick pouch. I was surprised in that I liked a flavor I didn’t think I would.

I will say that even though grape is my least favorite flavor, I was impressed with it. The grape is too sweet for my personal preference, but if you like sweet, grape is for you. What impressed me about grape was that the flavor is very smooth. Sometimes grape tastes like chalk. This grape does not taste like chalk at all - it is smooth and sweet.

Orange is surprisingly my favorite. I love the citrus without being overly tart. Again, the flavor is very smooth.

I ordered 30 stick pouches of orange. I’m glad I tried this variety pack first.

If I had not tried the variety pack, I would have ordered 30 stick pouches of apple. I like the apple offering, but the orange really made me say “wow.”

I look forward to my orange normalyte in the morning to help steady me from the vertigo.

Very effective product for ME/CFS illness. Reduced IV therapy almost 50%.

Mixes in really well, has a great taste and contains the right amount of salt I need.

I like the convenience of the capsules. I can get my sodium in all at once and early in the morning without having to drink a bunch of water plus a hydration pack to feel well. I’ve read some reviews that say these are horse pills, but they are absolutely not. They are smaller than my other supplements and I can take two at a time. I do need to take them with something in my stomach. Plus, the price is so much better than hydration packs from other brands.
